Soho VFX, a leading visual effects studio located in Toronto, is currently seeking an experienced VFX Production Manager to join our growing team. We have many exciting projects in the works and we offer a great working environment and team of artists to collaborate with.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Supervisors, Leads, Production to manage projects ina. positive, timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee client communication and act as a liaison between production and internal supervisors and departments.
- Effectively plan and schedule resource needs for a project.
- Monitor change to the scope of work and communicate when tasks have been approved to start work.
- Attend shot and asset review sessions and be involved in the day to day operations of projects.
- Keep production staff and supervisors informed of progress, changes, and/or critical issues.
Qualifications
- Must be an Ontario resident.
- Should have a minimum of 3 years feature film or television visual effects experience in a similar role.
- Must be detail oriented, proactive and organized.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure of deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with all members of our team.
- Must have ability to work individually and as a team, solve problems, and take initiative.
- Must be able to take direction positively, work in an organized way and be able to multitask.
